Tanner's First Birthday Party

My nephew Tanner turned one year old Thursday. His parents, Steve and Summer, threw a family party for him Wednesday night up at what is technically called Tolman Park on city registers, but everyone who grew up in Bountiful knows that its real name is actually still (and pretty much always will be) Rocket Park.
